If everything can go wrong, it will
I am somewhere near Moscow, in a little village, in a hotel without the name on it, in the middle of the forrest. The place looks like a luxury criminal nest, to put it nicely. I have the WiFi and beautiful jacuzzi in my loft room, but it looks like it is too good to be true.

Andrey found this place online and it is now too late to change anything.
Our luggage got lost, we missed our flight, and I do not know what I am doing here. All other hotels in in Moscow either booked out or cost 1500 EUR per night. My colleague Raman says that he has seen enough of Russia at this point of time and if this is the capital, what is going to happen to us in Siberia. I leave it entirely to him to find out.
My first reaction was to go back to Luxembourg immediately and never come back again, but we still have our mission to complete. Sort of. I am so scared, that I even take my passport and credit cards to the bathroom. And I refuse to believe that I am never going to see my Chanel boots again. Too soon to give up? So, the next flight to Kemerovo is tomorrow evening and we have the whole day for shopping and a good excuse to charge it to Air France or Aeroflot or Amex or our employer afterwards.
Still I must say - fucking country ( and I never say fuck)...
Update.
Dark side: Air France Russia does not respond and all their representatives here pretend they are mentally handicaped.
Light side:
I called Amex and I can buy now whatever I need for 800 EUR and if the bag is eventually lost, I wil get 3000 EUR back from insurance.
The hotel is actually a hotel, though a strange one, but there are children here and other guests.
It's not so bad, as it looked yesterday.
